Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Collab Systems programs confirmed by invoice, not to informational browsing on this website. Consumer rights under German law remain unaffected where mandatory.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if no live session has occurred and no substantial digital materials unique to your cohort have been released to you.

Full versus partial refunds

If you withdraw after the first live session but before the midpoint of a multi-week cohort, a partial refund of 50% of tuition may be issued at our discretion when seats cannot be refilled. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Single Signal Audit sessions that have already taken place, customized document packages already delivered, and third-party fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@collab-systems.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation by Collab Systems

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or similar extraordinary events may qualify for goodwill accommodations outside the standard windows. Employer-sponsored invoices may follow the sponsor’s written agreement instead.
